Refund Policy

All supplies purchased via this website are considered Business to Business supplies and not subject to normal consumer EU rights.

1. This policy sets out the returns policy for goods or services purchased through the online store operated by ADTUK Ltd. This web site is intended solely for business to business sales and as such sales are outside the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations

For B2B supply we comply with the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002.  

Please notify us of any packing errors, delivery damage of other problems relating to the delivery of your order with 72 hours of delivery. No claims will be accepted by our insurers beyond this time frame.

We offer business buyers 14 days to return goods which are no longer required, or when they change their mind. The cost of returning goods is the buyers, where we arrange collection all costs will be deducted from the refund total. No returns will normally be accepted after 14 days from the supply date. No goods are supplied on a sale or return basis at any time.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. Products which have been bar code labelled with a sellers specific ASIN label cannot be accepted for return.

3. Some types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund where they have expiry dates. This also includes all types of medical diagnostic tests.

4. If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work properly, or you think the item was not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction.

5. No returns will be accepted because the buyer has lost the sales channel or ability to access the sales listing, channel or website via which they intended to sell the products at the point of purchase.
