The testing kit arrived as described and in a timely manner. The phone support was excellent and was both clear and took their time to provide clear descriptions and expected tolerances to lab tests, which enable me to use the equipment and results with confidence. The local team gave me a great deal of confidence and encouragement. I highly recommend both the vendor and this product.

It's my first time purchasing this type of blood sugar machine. It's 3 in 1, I don't know how practical that might be to check cholesterol and how accurate. The other thing, Again don't know whether it gives the bad or the fat result when you test cholesterol. It is nicely packed in areasonable and compact bag that accommodates everything comes with the machine.

Overall first impressions are good. I like the idea of being able to conduct multiple tests with one piece of equipment
The cholesterol test does require a sizeable amount of blood compared to the Glucose and Hemoglobin test so I did waste 3 test strips, this is covered by the additional information provided by the retailer
I would have liked clearer instructions of how to interpret the results for each of the tests possibly a colour chart identifying what was a good or bad test result
This is my only criticism of the product
