- Book collection through your Amazon approved carrier once your stock is labelled, so it can be delivered straight into the Amazon fulfilment network.
- List your products either against an existing ASIN, if you qualify, or by creating your own new listing or bundle.

Barcode Labelling And Getting Stock Into Amazon's Warehouse
Once you have purchased stock, it needs to be barcode labelled before it can go into an Amazon fulfilment centre. We offer a labelling service at £0.25 per label for lines bought directly from us for Amazon FBA sales.
To use this service you will need an active UK Amazon seller account and the ability to book consignments to a UK fulfilment centre. After purchasing your stock, you purchase the matching labelling service, generate your barcodes in the required 27 label per A4 page format, and email the PDF across to our trade team. Once your goods are labelled, we will let you know so you can book collection with your Amazon approved carrier.
Payment And Delivery For Wholesale Orders
You do not need to set up a trade account before ordering, you can simply place your order online and we will send you an invoice and payment details afterwards. Our preferred payment method is bank transfer by BACS, although card payments are also accepted. Stock is usually held for around two working days to allow time for payment to clear.
All in stock wholesale items are held as UK warehouse stock and are typically available for next business day delivery once dispatched. If you require barcode labelling, please allow 48 to 72 hours from receipt of payment and your label files.
Things To Check Before You List On Amazon

- Your Amazon account permissions are set by Amazon, not by ADTUK, so it is worth confirming your account allows sales in healthcare categories before you commit to stock.
- Some products are protected under Amazon Brand Registry, and Amazon may ask for proof of purchase before granting permission to sell. We are happy to provide invoices to support this.
- If your business details differ from the name registered on your Amazon seller account, let our trade team know before you list, so purchases can be linked correctly and any confusion over infringement notices can be avoided.
