Do I need to set up a trade account before ordering?

No — you can place an order directly online. After ordering, you’ll be sent an invoice and payment details. We hold goods for around 2 working days to allow you to complete payment. Preferred payment method is UK bank transfer (BACs), though debit or credit card payments are also accepted.

Can I pay on credit (i.e. open a credit account)?

Not currently. We are not processing credit-terms requests from private or limited UK/EU companies. Payment must be made upfront, either by bank transfer or card.

Do you offer next-day delivery for urgent orders?

For urgent clinical or training needs, expedited delivery may be available depending on stock levels and time of ordering. Contact us if you require next-day delivery. Order placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday are usually dispatched the same day to be delivered by courier next day, although at certain times of year courier delivery can be slower than this. If you require next day delivery please let customer our support team know.

How quickly will you deliver my wholesale order?

All in-stock wholesale medical supplies are held in UK warehouses and can be delivered next business day after dispatch. If you request barcode labelling (for Amazon FBA), please allow 48–72 hours from receipt of payment and label data for packaging and labelling before dispatch.

Can NHS trusts place purchase orders?

Absolutely. We regularly supply NHS trusts and accept NHS purchase orders. Simply contact our team with your requirements.
